About Us

MCA Consulting Services, Inc. was formed in 1998 by Frank J. Mummolo, Managing Director, when he first realized that, while many business consulting firms offer specialty services (e.g., accounting, sales training, marketing services, etc.), what most businesses really need is the help of an expert, seasoned business generalist who can take an “top-level” view of their situation and offer practical guidance, customized for each individual situation. This comprehensive reduces cost, improves communication, ensures synchronization of effort and gets faster results.
Our Team
MCA’s  team consists of former C-level executives, each of whom bring a minimum of 20+ years of successful experience leading business enterprises of all sizes, from startups to turnarounds and from small, closely-held businesses to multinational, public conglomerates. Our advice is practical, proven, easy-to-understand and implement and results-oriented. We provide a comprehensive range of business consulting services, including growth & profitability strategies, sales training, marketing program development, executive skills training (featuring our “Six Cylinders of the High-Performance Business” model), interim management personnel, business valuation services and much more.
How We Work
MCA is not a franchise, though we do use training material from the ActionCOACH system. Our approach to working with business owners and entrepreneurs is individualized, defined on a case-by-case basis. Unlike many specialty business services firms and franchise organizations, we don’t use a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Our breadth of experience and expertise allows us to seamlessly transition across disciplinary lines and we are equally comfortable in marketing, finance, sales, operations, team building, strategic planning, systems, etc.

We can position our client relationship anywhere across the spectrum from outside advisors to project workers to adjunct members of the management team. In most cases, we do not require a long-term contract for engagement of services, but operate on a monthly retainer.
